At Harmony, tea isn’t an afterthought — it’s the whole point. We steep real loose-leaf tea in-house, then build every cup around it: fresh fruit, house-made syrups and pearls cooked to order.

Why loose leaf
Never from powder.
Powdered tea is quick, and it tastes quick. We would rather steep the leaf — oolong, jasmine green, black, rose black, peach oolong — and let each one taste like itself before anything else goes in the cup.
Then comes the fun part: fresh fruit, purées and house syrups, cheese or matcha foam, and a wall of toppings. Your cup, your rules.

Harmony began as a single neighborhood tea shop. It has grown into a family of ten shops across Florida, Indiana and Missouri — but the care in every pour hasn’t changed.

Seventy-eight drinks on the wall
The flagship wall runs from loose-leaf teas and milk teas to fresh-fruit teas, sago, smoothies, yogurts, mocktails and tornado shakes. At select shops the kitchen adds mochi donuts, crepe cakes, ramen and Hawaiian BBQ.
Fruit tea & sago.
Jasmine green and black tea shaken with real strawberry, lime, mango, lychee and passion fruit; sago cups layered with pomelo, diced fruit and coconut milk. Bright, cold and full of fruit.
Milk tea & boba.
Oolong, jasmine green, taro, matcha, rose black and sakura oolong milk teas, poured over pearls cooked to order. Top it with cheese foam or matcha foam and make it yours.
Smoothies, yogurt & shakes.
Real-fruit smoothies, smoothie yogurts with crystal pearls, and the tornado shakes — Oreo, Thai tea, mango banana — blended thick.

Custom your own tea.
Pick the tea, pick the fruit, set the sugar and the ice, then choose from a wall of toppings — pearls, crystal boba, jellies, sago, foam. The same cup can be light and barely sweet one day and loaded the next.
Every milk tea and fruit tea takes pearls for $1.25.

Every Harmony shop works the same way: tea steeped from loose leaf, fruit cut fresh, syrups made in-house and boba slow-cooked — then built to order, cup by cup.
Loose-leaf tea
Oolong, jasmine green, black, rose black and peach oolong — steeped in-house, never from powder.
Real fruit
Strawberry, lime, mango, lychee, kiwi, dragon fruit — fresh fruit, purées and house syrups in every cup.
Pearls, to order
Brown-sugar pearls and crystal boba, slow-cooked in-house and added to any milk or fruit tea for $1.25.
Foam & finish
Cheese foam, matcha foam and a wall of jellies and sago to finish the cup.
